Our associates have held management positions where they were
responsible for obtaining outside consulting assistance. They are
familiar with the advantages and shortcomings of the traditional
client-consultant relationship. In an effort to ensure successful
engagements with our clients, we have established the objective of
not only defining and studying the problem to recommend solutions,
but also working with the clients to implements the solution to
their satisfaction. In short, we share the responsibility to
provide our clients with ideas that work. In this way, we provide
a unique service not commonly available from traditional
consulting firms.
Experience
The disciplines of our associates cover all aspects of industrial
engineering including labor productivity improvement, quality
assurance, facilities planning, material handling and control,
equipment automation analysis, systems design, and integration.
They enhance their skills through active participation in
professional associations, certification programs, and continuous
education in the latest technology. This allows us to more fully
serve our clients.
Objectivity
We maintain objectivity in recommending solutions to clients since
we do not sell or represent any production equipment, material
handling equipment, proprietary computer software, or provide
contract services in the areas of accounting, financial auditing,
computer programming, engineering design, or architectural design.
By not having to support other goods and services, our company
gives the client honest recommendations at a fair price.
